MORE ABOUT
... about this Lambrusco vino

It is a dry wine, structured but pleasant.
It is a slightly sparkling dry red wine: serve chilled.
It is "organic wine" certified.

The meticulous selection of the grapes and the good acidity obtained in vinification have allowed the use of a very contained use of metabisulfite, resulting low level in residual sulphites.

This Lambrusco Emilia IGT was produced following the traditional method. The methodology used is that of fermentation on the skins in steel vat and fermentation in the bottle with "volée disgorgement".
